At Petal & Pup, we want you to love your purchase, but if it's not quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or fragrance marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit or perform a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your credit is issued.
